GMG AND GT-B SERIES ENZYME FOR WELL STIMULATION AND ESTIMATED COSTS:

• Groundbreaking Meteoric (GMG) Guns:

  Fracturing Perforation; The GMG generates a network of fractures around the well penetrating the formation for up to 49.8 ft (Diameter of 98.6 ft). This network will be a new pool between the reservoir and the well. Reservoir feeds the pool through the fracture network and the pool feeds the well smoothly with lower drawdown differential pressure. The 10 ft length of 4-inch GMG gun, for example, will generate a total length of 49.8 X 6 X 10 = 2988 ft around the wellbore, which is tremendous.

• The Chemical Solvents:

  The chemical solvents will be injected into the reservoir right after the GMG fracturing guns. The chemicals (Manufactured by one of our partner companies) are an Oil based solvent, therefore, will not react or destabilize the matrix or the clay materials, rather it only dissolves most part of the heavy plugging HC materials in the porous media flow paths of the damaged zone. We use two different chemical solvents, each made by a partner; the oil base solvents and the emulsion solvents (a mixture of surfactant and solvent), depending on the reservoir matrix and clay types, degree of the damage, and the crude oil components. The solvents require 24 hours in the formation before the injection of the 3rd component (Bio-Enzyme).

• GT Bio Enzyme:

  The new Bio-Enzyme is prepared from natural forest materials. GTC has 26 different types of Bio-Enzymes, along with 3 different boosters required for the enzyme activation. Depending on the reservoir rock type, clay content and type, a recipe of combination of 3 or more Bio-Enzyme is prepared and used. The Bio-Enzyme recipe for the reservoir will be able to removes NORM, Asphaltene, Paraffins, unreacted Acid and Acid byproducts, certain injected chemicals, weakens scale materials, and lowers Sor to certain degree because of the rock wettability change and lowering the interfacial tensions. The Bio enzyme is in oil phase like the chemical solvent we use (no water, only mixed with oil). Addition of the booster is required for the Bio-Enzyme activation before it is used in hole. GTC expert provides and supervises the mixing and preparation of the solution. NOT INJECT THE ENZYME INTO THE FORMATION AS IS.

• Bio Enzyme expires in 28 - 32 months depending on the type.
• The Bio Enzyme is recommended to be mixed with crude oil from the field if its API is 32 or higher.
• The combination of Solvent and Bio Enzyme clean and clear flow paths for the crude oil and gas to flow smoothly.
• The GMG guns create lateral fractures within ± 3.2 inches. Using GMG 4 ft above the OWC avoids water encroachments.
• The well data and parameters are used for modeling, finding the degree of the damage, how deep the formation is damaged, and the estimated amount of materials required for stimulating the well. We also provide GMG modeling.
• A detailed report will be provided to the customer after implementation and well testing.

ESTIMATED MATERIALS REQUIRED AND COST PER WELL:

Cost per well depends on reservoir and well parameters, as it depends on the interval picked for the whole service. For example:

1. A well with 20 ft stimulation interval requires 2 X 10 ft of GMG gun. The gun size depends on the tubing size and restrictions. GTC provides 2", 3" and 4" GMG sizes. The client provides Wireline truck for implementation through one of the service companies. GTC experts supervise the operation.
2. Each well requires 3 - 4 drums of the chemical solvent (A drum is 55 gallons for oil based and 42 gallons for the emulsion type) and 4 - 8 drums of the GT-Bio Enzyme (each drum has 55 gallons), depending on the degree of the damage the well has been exposed to. The Bio-Enzyme is prepared by mixing few of the 26 enzyme types and a booster, depending on:
   • Reservoir rock type: Clastic, Carbonate, or Volcanic
   • Clay type and content; Kaolinite, Montmorillonite, Smectite, Illite , Chlorite, Muscovite, Talc, others.
   • Composition of Crude Oil and Gas with the percentage of C20+ components.
   • Presence of HCO3 and K40+ isotope
   • The injected chemicals and acid into the well that created plugging.
3. The costs for the materials do not include the expert daily charges, shipment, and insurance.
4. GTC GLOBAL does not sell GMG or enzyme to any third party.
5. If the reservoir section that requires stimulation is more than 22 ft, Coiled Tubing is required to squeeze the enzyme solution for smooth and even distribution across the interval.
6. GTC GLOBAL provides up to ONE year warrantee on each well after implementation. This includes a one-day test after stimulation, estimating optimal production parameters, monthly follow up and re-stimulate the well with enzyme at no material costs to client.
7. Discount is based on the project volume.
